Britney Guedes currently works on The Steve Wilkos Show where she assists with the post production team, and acts as liaison between legal, graphics, and production teams to streamline communication and workflow.

Shelton Color Guard

Britney Marie Guedes currently produces social media content for the Shelton Color Guard team. She has created a series of interview based short form videos featuring a selection of their own alumni - exploring how being part of the team impacted their time in high school, as well as their future. She utilizes new and archival footage to keep their content updated and help with recruitment. When she started working with the team, they only had 2 students and were unable to compete. They have since had 3 successful competitive seasons with a continuously growing team.

Britney Guedes spent several months working with HLN Original series on the shows Forensic Files, Very Scary People, Violent Earth and How It Really Happened. She conducted extensive research, maintained logs of archival footage, and assisted throughout the entire production process.

TOMBOY is an autobiographical documentary created by Britney Marie Guedes. The film explores their own relationship to gender over time.

Tomboy premiered at Hofstra's 25th Annual film festival and received a Special Jury Consideration for Best Film Award.

Girls on the Run

During the Spring 2022 semester Britney Marie Guedes worked as a director and editor while creating content for Girls on the Run Long Island. They completed 5 different pieces of media, 1 long form, 4 short form.
